Hi all,
I am thinking about upgrading from a SO 3 XXL to the 5 Pro 4x4. However, my current table is 96" x " 48". It is a heavy beast from ULINE ULINE - Shipping Boxes, Shipping Supplies, Packaging Materials, Packing Supplies
If I split the difference, is that too much of an overhang? I do 99% of my cutting on the front end of course. Just looking for thoughts, thank you!

I have my 4x2 on a 24" deep table, so yes, a little bit of overhang is okay.

Quick question for you, I have been cutting more and more aluminum. I can clear a pocket on my SO3 with a 278Z at about 100imp at a .635 DOC. I am curious with a stiffer machine, what can I push? Deeper DOC?

I just use the Carbide Create defaults.
