Can't add a new tool

I am using the newest version of Carbide Create, Build 464, but when I try to add a new tool I cannot see an edit tool link. I have looked at videos on Carbide Create and YouTube but my program does not show what they are showing. Is this a problem with the new build or am I making another error as a newbie?

I have reviewed that that post but when I right click on the new library I do not get the link to add a new tool, which is my problem.
