Can't import Component - no option

My Carbide Create does not have the option to import a component. See picture attached.
Do I need to do something else to get the option to show up?

Use the middle icon “Import Image”.

Sorry - I was following a tutorial by “full Steam Designs” and Chris’s video showed a seperate button to import a PNG. I just used the texture button and it worked. Thanks
