Hi all, I thought I might post this. I am not to much on the appearance but wanted to help motivate others on the fact this hobby doesn’t have to be a money pit. It’s about love of creating and being creative. Again, I understand the look isn’t much, but the cost was only 50 bucks. The switches, box, and insulation were the only thing I bought. Everything else is free… pallet wood planed and sanded, Lowes had some furniture boxes they were throwing away, I kept the hardware and backing board. Made a computer/working shelf. I did spend 100 on a surge protector and battery backup, that way when/if the power goes out, I have enough power to safely shut down the machine. Again I know it doesn’t look like much but was proud of during the pandemic being able to do something… which is better than nothing. Everyone at Carbide 3D keep it up!

Very well done, and you just can’t beat the price! It is nice to see that necessity is still the mother of invention! People who can make due with what they have are the best!
