We’ve had bunch of problems with how Hi-DPI is implemented on Windows. From what we can tell, scaling can vary from vendor to vendor and it can be all kinds of wonky. System wide scaling can affect it. You can right click on the program and set overrides (I believe) for scaling and compatibility modes.
