Thank you for sending the log file. Based on what I see, it looks like VCRUNTIME140.DLL is the problem from this portion of the message “Faulting module name: VCRUNTIME140.dll”
The first thing that should be checked is if the DLL is present on your system. Can you please go ahead and run a search to confirm? To save time, look in the System32 folder as that’s where it should be. If it’s not, you can download a new one and save it there. Remember to right click on the file and set the attributes to full permissions while logged in as the Admin, which I think you always are.
If the file is there or if you end up having to download and save it there, you’ll need to register it. Instructions for that can be found here, there are many other instruction sites for this, though you probably already know how to do this
