Any suggestions for correcting this? I checked all the settings and tried installing a new machine but this always shows no matter what RPM is programmed in CC.
Do you have a BitRunner or VFD spindle?
Which configuration option did you choose in the Setup Wizard?
Bit Runner since that is what I have with the Carbide 3D router.
This RPM mismatch has been present on the last couple of versions of CM. It has been reported here on the forum multiple times. I have an SO3 with v1 BitRunner and I get the same 24000 RPM message. I just ignore it and proceed.

I just recently started using Carbide Motion again and though I don’t need the router speed setting messages, I just feel like if it’s there, it should function properly. I guess I’m weird, I always try to make everything function properly. And if I can’t make it function properly, it drives me crazy.
