how long does it take to sent the config data to carbide motion?
in the log so far we are up to 11449 ?
Not long at all — what you are seeing is the machine reporting position.
Switch back to Carbide Motion, send $$ then go back to the Log and stop it and you should be able to scroll to the settings and compare them to: https://docs.carbide3d.com/software-faq/shapeoko-3-default-grbl-settings/ and https://docs.carbide3d.com/shapeoko-faq/shapeoko-enable-homing/ (those show the numbers for Grbl 0.9 and CM3, but the CM4 numbers are similar.
