If you have (or wish to upgrade to have) homing switches and have a 64-bit computer you can update to Grbl 1.1 — just e-mail us at support@carbide3d.com — we’ll provide a link or see:
Here’s a link to the first builds of GRBL 1.1 and CM4. It’s not what we’d call “done” but it works well and we want to get it in the hands of some of our more brave users.
DON’T UPGRADE IF YOU ARE USING YOUR MACHINE FOR PRODUCTION OR CANNOT RISK HAVING YOUR MACHINE DOWN WHILE WE WORK THROUGH THIS VERY EARLY RELEASE
This update is good for all Carbide 3D machines. Shapeokos must have homing switches though.
