I was surprised to find that Carbide Motion does not have a homing short cut. Anyone know why?
I don’t know why, but my guess would be that if there was one, sooner or later some folks would accidentally trigger it and create a dangerous situation (the machine moving while from the user perspective it was not supposed to happen), or be mad that the machine homed while they were doing something else.
That said, if you do need to re-home, you should be able to go to the MDI tab and send $H, but ssssh.
