Carbide motion redoing Z

Carbide motion is there a way to change the z axis zero setting After you start a job. But before you continue after the tool change.
Also I’ve looked at a few tool change YouTube videos. They show changing the tool but don’t show re zeroing the z axis. When carbide motion asked for a tool change is the jog feature available?
When the change tool screen displays. The only thing I seem to be able to do is continue. SAt which point I can pause and stop the run.
Am I missing something?

Please use separate files so as to gain control of the machine before/after the tool change:

That sounds easier. The YouTube videos did not say anything about two files. They just talked about redoing the Z axis after the change.
