Carbide Router and Makita RT701 Collet Compatible with each other?

I replaced my Carbide Router that came with the machine with a Makita RT701C are the collets compatible? Especially the 1/8 precision collet?

I have the exact same router and have not had any issues with the collets I’ve gotten from C3D.

Yes they are. If you are replacing your collet you should look into the Elaire Router collets: https://elairecorp.com/makitaroutercollets/

The C3D router is a clone of the Makita. So as other answered they are compatible with the collets for either one. I second @CthulhuLabs about the clairecorp collets. You can get imperial as well as metric collets.

You can use the Makita rebuilt kits for the C3D router should the need ever rise.
