I have no idea what the message means or how to proceed. I tried starting over and got the same message and freezing of the router position. I am a newbie. This is a very simple sign. Using Shapeoko 3XL

What would make it lose connection at the same point in the carve 3 X in a row?
Probably the router spinning up to speed, or encountering a motion in the cut which taxes the electronic speed control.
The second and third cuts were in the same location so the second cut had no resistance to slow the router. The carve had cleared the wood in the second attempt (which did have a different z start point from cut 1). I still have it all set up. I will hope that I can get some help from CC support.
Try running the job without the stock so it is not under load. Does it bail out at the same place when not under load?
