cc build 514 not able to put tabs on cutout ?
You could upgrade to cc 520. Even without upgrading sometimes you have to click around on the outside or inside of the lines to get tabs to pop up. With 520 you can erase all tabs and in earlier versions even when you deleted tabs they still ghosted in the simulations.
