CC Crashes in OSX When Using Offset Tool, again

I posted about this a month or so ago (RE: CC Crashes in OSX When Using Offset Tool). It was working and has stopped working again. Having the same issue all over again.

Currently working in 460. Help! Again at a standstill until remedied.
