I asked for the ability to edit shape parameters a while ago - and @robgrz explained that it would require a series of changes in order to keep everything linked - and I get that. I’d like to request a compromise that would make a reasonable workaround:
Could you just display the shape parameters on mouseover of the component in the component list? It does not have to be editable - all it would need to do is remember the 4 values (it’s already remembering the component parms per component, why not store the shape parms in same place?) and pop them up when you mouse over them in the list.
This improves the workflow immensely, because we can recreate the component ourselves manually - as long as we know what we did when we created it originally.
Do you think this would be possible?
