I recently had a renewal of CC Pro. I have a receipt, but no updated license. I can’t get any answers from the site or customer service. Any help is appreciated. I have my old code.
You e-mailed Sales, not support@carbide3d.com so the message was in abeyance until it was transferred — sometimes that might take a while, depending on staffing — in this case, it delayed thngs by 23 minutes.
It will be handled as soon as it comes up in the queue and the license can be looked up.
