When using the “Align Centers” align to center tool the image gets totally scrambled. If it’s a larger image, then the scramble that is shown in the attached picture is still present in the middle but the rest of the image is unaffected.
Group the elements you wish to maintain their relationship before aligning — you’ll need to select at least two object to align though, and a group counts as one object — I usually draw in a rectangle set to stock size (old habit).
Basically, group your elements; add a box or circle, and select your group and the new element, then the alignment tools button will appear. Select your alignment option, then delete your box or circle.
