Centering issue

Hi All,

I was advised by Carbide support to centre my object due to repeatability issues.

In Carbide Motion, I used Rapid move to centre and made a note of the XY coordinates.

Then in Carbide Create, I entered the same coordinates but the object isn’t anywhere near
the centre.

What am I doing wrong?

Many thanks,
Gunter

Move the object to the center of the stock.

Group first, then use the Align command.

To group the vectors first select them all by either drawing a box around them or holding down shift while clicking each one. Then click the group icon.

Then click the align icon

Then make sure to choose align to stock at the bottom of the window and then click align centers at the top.

If you don’t group them they will stack over the center. If you grouped them they will keep their separation and center them based on the grouped object.

Thank you both for your advice… works great now
