Chamfers end up shifted

Saw this question asked a while ago but no definitive answer before the topic got closed.

I’ve been trying to run a chamfer operation and I followed the set up just like Kevin Barnet explains in his videos with an offset layer inside and out and then setting a contour tool path with no offset. Using the 90 degree chamfer bit that I got from Carbide as well and when running the simulation it looks good but when actually milling it’s shifted a little lower on the X axis.

Not sure if I’m missing something for it to do this for just the chamfers? All of the other machining seems to be spot on. The part is clamped down well and does not move at all. I am using the 5 Pro 4x4 with the 65mm spindle for reference.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.

Probably the best way to address this would be to offset the geometry used for the chamfer toolpath by a distance greater than the defect you are seeing.
