Can someone tell me why when I do an advance vcarve when comes to change the bit the router does not move high enough to change the bit. Then I have to stop and restart and the the bit goes through the whole tool path again. Thanks for help
You have to have a BitSetter installed, enabled and configured.
EDIT and the appropriate post-processor — for Carbide Create that would be under Edit | Select Post-processor, “Carbide 3D Shapeoko”.
Could I do 2 different Gcode files?
I gues you can’t do that in advanced vcarve
You also need to use the “Shapeoko” post processor.

You can take an Advanced Vcarve file, and split it into two files (one for each bit). CC won’t do this for you, but you can do it here:
