Charcuterie Board

My wife just moved from a Skilled Nursing facility following a stroke to a Memory Care Home as her dementia continues its course.

One of the servers in the dining room of the Skilled Nursing facility always had a smile and was pleasant to all of the residents. I would have the mid day meal with my wife but skipped it one day when the offering was a cheese dish. I explained I am not a cheese lover but my wife would enjoy that days menu item. Tianna gave me a sorrowful look and said she liked cheese.

I wanted to give Tianna a small gift for her kindness and was looking for ideas to make a Charcuterie Board. I found this on Cutrocket.com

A few cheese samples with a box of crackers and Tianna was pleased.

Michael:

I seen your post about electrical problems. Check the power source is always a good start. A lesson I had to learn a few times when working as a computer tech. I am a slow learner.

Our company sold a brand new desk sized system to a small company (circa 1980) and everything worked except a light that illuminated a 26" platen that housed a 9 pin printer. The entire staff from our office (some 7 techs ranging in experience from new guy (me) to senior people with 40 years couldn’t get that light to work.

Finally someone checked the input voltage selection switch (this was a mechanical switch) and moved it from 220 to 110. And the light came to life.
