Has anyone tried to cut some labels like in the image below using the two colour abs etc plastic sheets? Keen to see how they came out as debating between using the CNC or the laser.

Yes, it cuts fine — Carbide 3D used to sell the stuff.
Just use a single-flute tool and suitable feeds and speeds.

Search the forum for posts on Color Core as well. It’s probably a little softer than ABS but machines well with the right bits and speeds.
