The same vector file worked well sometimes back, so nothing seems to be wrong with the vector file.
How to troubleshoot this on the CNC mechanicals? or something else that i could not imagine.
The best check for the machine is to power up, install a probing pin, jog to the center of motion for all axes, then grab the tip of the probing pin and try to shift it in all possible directions — it should be steady, any aspect of movement should be investigated.

If the machine checks out mechanically, then the question is if the geometry is drawn accurately — if it is, then the toolpaths may be looked into

@sandeepdhariwal, how are you fixturing your workpiece? Is there a possibility it may have shifted during the cut?
Hi Randy, No thats not possible, workpieces are fixed like anything, it wont move a mm.
That’s not something which we can assist with hardware-wise. This is a forum specific to Carbide3D machines and software.
The car analogy would be going to the Chevy Corvette Festival at Carlisle, Pa and asking for help with a Mercedes Benz truck.
I would suggest finding either a forum specific to that sort of machine, or a general CNC forum such as the CNC Zone or somewhere that deals in that class of machine.
