Hello, I recently bought a cnc machine. It was second hand, but the machine was serviced by the manufacturer, and the power and some tools were replaced. The x-arm stops and it is not even locked and it is completely released. We called the service again and they said that it is due to the wiring or the drive and we sent the device and one of the drives was replaced and we tested the device there and it was completely fine, but when we returned it At my place, we have the same problem again, I use the match3 software and it is a step motor im just out of option
We will not be able to help with a machine which was not made by Carbide 3D.
If you have a Shapeoko which had the electronics replaced, it might be that a user here could advise — post a photo and other details — otherwise, it’s off-topic for this forum.
