Carbide Create v776
Was getting this in the last couple versions as well, noticed v776 had listed:
“Fixed bug where some contour toolpaths could get clipped”
Have attached .c2d file with this toolpath issue. 1/8" spacing and 1/8" diameter mill
Only getting the vertical toolpath on some of these rectangles (unless its some spacing issue but should be snapped to 1/8 grid lines)

The narrowest region of a toolpath needs to be equal to endmill diameter plus 10% or so — if it is equal to the endmill diameter whether or no it will fit will vary depending on rounding — you will need to move the parts apart and regenerate the outside profile or use a smaller tool.
Here they are at 0.126" spacing…
