Hello,
I’m currently creating 3D models of PlayStation controller stands.
I’ve managed to optimize my file; it’s now perfect for production.
I want to make a series of them, but as soon as I duplicate the object, it multiplies the objects and toolpaths, but not the 3D path.
If I make 10, only the first one retains the 3D path; the others are incorrect.
Is it possible to copy a 3D object to create a series of them?

There is no copy/paste on 3D components. And the geometry isn’t dynamic either.
copy/paste/array the 2D vectors, then recreate the 3D component from all of them.

Usually, it’s best to make all the geometry, then assign toolpaths — obviously doing production work as described at:

changes this calculus, but the best thing to do is to use the Duplicate functionality:
