Crash after bit change

How do you get carbide motion to lift the cutter all the way up when moving to and from the bit setter during tool changes?

I apologize if this is a duplicate discussion. When my machine is moving from the bit setter position to the work piece, it lowers the the cutter along z at the same time that it is moving x and y. In this case it completely ignored the rapid plane height and crashed into the stock.

I can’t find an option for this in carbide motion. Is it in the post processor?

If the Z axis is already higher than the normal height the Z is raised to when going to the BitSetter, it should not lower the Z.
