Not sure why or how but my entire library of personal bits has disappeared from my Carbide Create Pro. Did not do an update, did not change any settings. I had about 20 tools added to my library and they have been there every time, except now.
Is there a way to recover them, as it is along process to input all the data again. Please advise at earliest convenience.
Do you have an older version you can go back to. If so you can do an update from there .

Not sure why a file would disappear. Has to be an OS problem.
This is why you back up your computer often. If you had a backup you could restore that one file.
Buy yourself a usb hard drive and back up your computer to avoid this in the future. I use Norton 360 but there are free and builtin back up software. Many people are 1 millisecond away from disaster.
