A few days ago I was maintaining my liquid cooling loop for my ATC Spindle, I over tightened the water inlet connector on the spindle and I broke it. I was very upset and started going crazy trying to find out how and where I’m going to replace it.
Today, I found the maker of my Spindle. It’s a company called Han-Qi http://en.Han-qi.com
I sent an email to one of the listed email’s in the contact link. In about 15 minutes I received an email from the lady I contacted. She asked me to communicate with her via Skype. I did, and it took about 15 minutes to get 2 of each connector on the Spindle for free. She shipped it to me via DHL and wanted to even take care of shipping charges. After a minute or two she agreed to have me pay the shipping. After 2 more minutes, she provided me with a tracking number.
