Our machine (Shapeoko Pro XXL with a 2.2KW Spindle upgrade) is having some issues when doing the 2nd pass and was hoping someone could take a look at this video and see if they can provide suggestions:

I would recheck your x axis motor connector.
Im not sure how much the xxl differs from the pro version but look into reducing your depth of cut per pass and also cutting it as a pocket.
Search for “add geometry” as its been discussed alot of the forumn.
You’re asking the machine to do too much and as a result you’re missing steps which is causing it to fail. Take a smaller cut (depth) and all will be fine.
