I’d like to use a bowl bit but have no idea where to gather the bit info. Does the paid version of carbide create give you this info? Is there a resource somewhere that provides this? Not sure where to start, and I don’t want to be limited by only cutting with endmills and vcarve.
Carbide Create does not directly support the geometry of a typical bowl bit — you can either enter them as a ball-nosed tool and have a greater radius than will be cut, or as a square endmill which won’t show any rounding at all.
