Cutter not found, nomad

My nomad 883 cant connect with computer. Never Happen this before. Need to do a job asap, what can I do?

Power down and unplug everything, esp. the power supply from the wall and wait a bit, then plug things back in and try again — if that doesn’t address things, let us know at support@carbide3d.com — actually, start with that e-mail, and note that you are trying the unplugging, that will get you into the queue.
