Okay, attached is a screen shot of the tool path. tool path photo. I can only send one picture but my design has a 1/2" frame and the guitar head is touching at the top and bottom. the idea is to have the guitar head and frame be one piece. I used a V-carve to remove the rest. I have tried several Boolean options but results are always the same. Frame is too thick and guitar is infringing on the frame (1" away in the design . Also the bottom of the frame in not even???
double check your stock thickness. If you rotate that you’ll see there are straight walls with a taper at the bottom. I assume you want it to taper all the way up?
The cutouts in the corner are from the V-bit being too small (diameter) to clean up all the way up the wall.
If your stock is right, Try doing 2 V-carves, one half of the max depth, and another the full depth.
