Designing MFT table top

Hello,

Very new to this whole thing and I want to tackle DIY MFT table. I looked at my options (Festool MFT3) and I started dreaming about the Dashboard system. Reality smacked me in the face quickly so now I’m here.

Has anyone designed an MFT table with the proper spacing of the dogholes? Perhaps if you have a file to share? Am I over thinking how to design this? Is it just simply lining up the 20mm holes and space them out 96mm (center-to-center)?

looking for guidance and perhaps could learn from someone who has already done this
