Dewalt Router Bracket issue

So I got myself the bracket so I could use my Dewalt router as a backup. I have the stock bracket as well as the Carbide 3D router. Long story short, I got the bracket and the holes on the Z don’t line up. This photo is the bracket.

anybody know what’s going on? I have an email to Carbide 3d right now, but thought I’d ask here because they’re probably closed today.
