It appears that my Y motor on the East side of my Shapoko 5 Pro has quit work? What should I look for? I have a call in to support, but have not heard back yet. (30 minutes)
Any ideas.

I heard back via email and that helped me find the problem.
The set screw holding the coupler onto the shaft was loose.
Here are some pictures showing where the problem was and also a before and after picture.
What a difference.
