Doble cut in a simple shape

I did my first cut on my shapeoko and was a simple shape but the machine cut the bottom something that I could say is a doble cut or a shaded cut. This cut is out of place and have nothing to do with the image. I was cutting acrylic and I use a tool that I added to the library

The cut was clear but I can’t figure it out what happened

Lost steps along an axes — possible causes:

  • mechanical interference — typical culprits include a hose or cord getting in the way of movement
  • mechanical difficulty — mis-aligned V wheels, belts not adequately tensioned, loose pulley or set screw or other fastener
  • binding due to lack of lubrication or other issue
  • wiring fault due to problems in wiring or connectors
  • lost steps due to the machine being pulled off-course due to high tooling engagement
