So multiple times since purchasing I have parked my machine and it has just instantly shut down followed by the next startup not homing backwards but forwards and causing a sort of krk krk krk horrible noise when it bottoms out the steppers forward?
This has happened about three times since owning it where I haven’t been able to instantly stop it but maybe within 3-5 seconds. (10+ times total)
Should I be inspecting anything specific for damage, this has happened on 618, 622 and 636 but after the latest fiasco have been sent another controller although I’d expect this is on the software and hardware as it should be able to detect when something has gone wrong. There needs to be some sort of verification that the sender has actually processed the code.
