Hello all, I am new to cnc. I just started using my son’s 3XXL and really enjoy it. I just purchased a 5 Pro. Does the 5 Pro come with a bitzero or do I need to purchase one? Thank you for any help.
The BitZero is an optional purchase; it’s not included with any of our machines.
It sounds like you already understand BitZero, but our standard advice to folks is not to use it for the first month of owning a machine, so they learn what’s actually going on. A huge number of support tickets are created by people who learn how to use BitZero from the start, without knowing how to set a zero manually, and they are completely lost if anything goes wrong down the road.

Thanks Rob, I have been using my sons cnc and have learned how to set zero without it. I am excited to get my new machine. Thank you for your help.
