Hello, how do I change the height of the safe pass while engraving in CC, because when I use a drag bit between the passes, the Z axis raises by about 2 cm / 0.7874 in.
I would like to change it to about 0.3 cm and unfortunately I don’t know which setting is responsible for it. Engraving instead of taking 30 minutes takes about 3 hours.

Have you tried adjusting the retract height? I assume it works the same for engraving, I have not tried engraving yet through.
It’s the Safety/Retract Height in Job Setup for Carbide Create.
I think it is in the “gear” menu. Same place you define the material size
