I was really inspired by the folks that 3D printed their own models for hose mounts for dust collection, especially a user called FarOutRide’s design with the rotating mount.
Just wanted to share what I came up with thanks to all your tips and tricks. I’m really excited because I was able to print-in-place, so no additional fasteners for the rotation.
I haven’t had it on for long so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but I’m hopeful as I used Bambu Labs Tough Filament. Fingers crossed!

I too look forward to one day owning a 3d printer to create such things, but alas, the Bambu Labs printer I have my heart set on did not go on sale during their anniversary sale 
. Black Friday is still a long ways away. But I shall hold out hope for it then. If not I’ll probably just pull the trigger with a hoped for Christmas bonus.

Looks good, Andy! Print-in-place is something I haven’t tried yet. I’d just keep an eye out for PLA softening at the typical almost-too-hot-to-touch stepper motor temperatures. I know on the dashboard of my car I’ve had PLA parts warp…
Hey Randy, totally understand that concern. I actually ran a very similar model for the last few months about 12-16 hours a week with no issue thankfully so I feel confident in it!
Cool, I appreciate your experience and will keep it in mind (given that I have a lot more PLA than PETG) though I am currently playing with PETG-GF for outdoor (bicycle) parts.
