When I enter a diameter of 0.125, it changes the plungerate to 0.04
When I change the plungerate it changes the diameter to 0.00002

You will need to ensure that the measurement system selected in Job Setup matches that for the measurement system used for the tool, or it should work to delineate the unit for every entry.
