Carbide3D Customer rep called me right away and we chatted for about 30 minutes about the problem with my machine and a few things about woodworking. This is why I bought Shapeoko over other qualified machines is I have heard they have great customer service and forums. I have had issues a little bit thus far but I would definitely still recommend the machines. The thing is a beast and well built. I can’t wait to get it fully working to play around with it.
