Can some one help me?I do not know what I have done but this file on simulation does not allow me to spin the item and is very, very fast on mouse/track pad movements.I have been having issues with CC freezing on the monitor and on this one it had frozen and the screen was obviously unresponsive,I can get the top bar with file etc to responds I thought I would save it, it initially did not show it had saved the file, but a little while later I tried the file and got the issues with the mouse in simulation.
Tool paths etc are fine.I have done something but I at a loss to know what I did, any help would be appreciated.I am on Mac book air m2.

I had similar difficulties in Windows until I deleted the disabled 3D shape.
Filed as a potential issue — we’ll see what folks can determine.
Thanks Wll,I deleted the 3D shape and it is normal,that is weird??I only wanted the 3D shape so I could put a small 3d carving in the corner.Thats got me thinking!!!
