I had it on Google Drive and it would not open.
I moved it to a local and still it will not open.

I downloaded the file and it opens but is blank. The properties says it is 42K big but nothing appears when I open it.
It opens and runs in motion. Just can’t get it to open in create to edit it.
Was it created in V8 or V7 CC?
If in V7 you will have to get V7CC off of their website to open it and then export it as an svg so you can pull it into V8
I created it in V8. Is there an update to that?

CC v8 will open v7 files but will not open previous to v7. If you have a file in v6 and below open it in v7 and save in v7 format and v8 will open it. Just save it again in v8.
Good call. Maybe the file header got whacked.
