I purchased a svg file from Etsy like I have done in the past. I downloaded the file from the seller, tried to import into ccv7 and nothing. Any suggestions?

Nothing at all. No error messages or anything.

Got the files on the support e-mail working on them now.
The files in question were made using Silhouette Studio and store all geometry internally and then refer to it — these are termed “Clones” in Inkscape — the geometry needs to be ungrouped and decomposed so as to be paths.
Should have them done to mail you in a bit.
