Files from Create not loading in Motion

I created a sample ‘hello world’ file to get used to the software. I set the max depth to .1" and the preview of the file shows the desired result. I saved the file as a c2d as well as the gcode function. When I try to open the file in Motion, I can see the files, but they a greyed out and I cannot select them.

I set up my Shapeoko 3 XL today and the stock ‘hello world’ file worked great.

Are you sure you were loading the gcode file and not the c2d one into motion?

Are you on a Mac?

Are you using CC514? It has a bug where it doesn’t add the .nc file extension — please add that to the G-Code file, then you should be able to see the files when loading in Carbide Motion.
