First start-up - no power

I’ve just finished building my Shapeoko 4XL.
When I started step 10 from the manual my machine doesn’t want to start up. I haven’t tried the start up before.
The power supply is plugged in, the green light is on;
I’ve tried both the settings of the on/off switch
The light in the start-button doesn’t light on, I don’t hear any sounds.
I see no lights illuminated on the PCB.

I already reconnected the cable on the button and the connector on the PCB.

What could be the problem?
