Bought a “new” flip jig from ebay and it looks like it has a manufacturing defect.
Any thoughts on if it is usable?

Unless you see cracks down the side of it, it looks like they didn’t complete the surface finishing operation around the triangular and round pin.
That’s what I thought. If it was just for me I’d probably just work around it, offset second operation by 0.2mm (ish). But its for a community group so I don’t want for them to have to deal with that.
